I've read numerous reports on the dire necessity to count flies, study the impacts of turned dirt, and the need to analyze the impact of a road or vehicle noise on a chunk of land , particularly where its going to be leased for oil and gas exploration and development.

Now, I don't know about you, but at some point, we have to be able to dig dirt, farm our land, drive places, and yes, build things.   The greens don't understand this.  According to them, the wildlife no longer adapts to its environment, instead, they've slowed down and require the expertise of environmental obstructionists to manage the neighborhood for them.  Apparently the wildlife has been dumbed down too.

Then I got to thinkin, how on earth are they counting flies anyway and who's paying for that nonsense?  And who's to say that they didn't count the same fly twice?   Of course, then how are they finding out how wildlife "feels"?  Are they conducting group counseling for those possums, or deer that are having "issues"?  Just exactly how do you study the effects of turned dirt for 5 years?

The con continues as many of the environmentalists cite the total devastation of the environment with any of mans innovation.  Somehow, they are able to tell us what the animals are thinking and exactly what they'll do...and your government (not to mention the feely public) buys it.

Point is, sure we need to be careful, but not unlike the caveman who put fire to use, we need energy to survive these days.  Our ability to get to is is getting clobbered with protests and lawsuits up 700 % and the never ending salvo of media hype about big Al's claim,

See, if the nonsenses is going to continue,perhaps  Manny Can can get a part time job  kickin it in open barren land, counting flys or asking the wildlife how they feel.   I'd say 500k a month to count flys would be a fair wage, wouldn't you think?
