Author Unknown --For all of you out there in America and across the globe who have fought so hard to tackle the hideous enemy of our planet, namely carbon emissions, that bogus god you worship named "Climate Change" or "Global Warming", there is some really bad news that will be very painful for you to process. But it is my duty to pass it on to you anyway.
Are you sitting down?
 Okay, here's the bombshell. The current volcanic eruption going on in Iceland, in it's first week of spewing volcanic ash, NEGATED EVERY SINGLE EFFORT you have made in the past five years to control CO2 emissions on our planet. Not only that, this single act of God, in it's first week, has added emissions to the earth estimated to be 42 times more than can be corrected by the extreme human regulations proposed for annual reductions.
I know, I know.... (have a group hug)...it's very disheartening to realize that all of the carbon emission savings you have accomplished while suffering the inconvenience and expense of driving Prius hybrids, buying fabric grocery bags, sitting up til midnight to finish your kid's "The Green Revolution" science project, throwing out all of your non-green cleaning supplies, using only two squares of toilet paper, putting a brick in your toilet tank reservoir, selling your SUV and speedboat, going on vacation to a city park instead of Yosemite, nearly getting hit every day on your bicycle, replacing all of your $1 light bulbs with $10 light bulbs ...well, all of those things you have done have all gone down the tubes in just the first week.
The volcanic ash emitted into the Earth's atmosphere in the first week has totally erased every single effort you have made to reduce the evil beast, carbon. And, those hundreds of thousands of American jobs you helped move to Asia with expensive emissions demands on businesses... you know, the ones that are creating even more emissions than when they were creating American jobs, well that must seem really worthwhile now.
I'm so sorry. And I do wish that there was some kind of a silver lining to this volcanic ash cloud but the fact of the matter is that the brush fire season across the western U.S.A. will start in about two months and those fires will negate your efforts to reduce carbon emissions in our world for the next two years.

Now that just made my day! In these days of never ending government expansion, madness expanding exponentially, it really brings on a smile here.
Between healtcare, immigration, the EPA, deficits beyond imagination, and a cabal of power hungry idealoques, what do we take down first? Heck, VOTE the bums out and repeal all the madness is ALL we have.
Screw them, we're living as free people and keeping our money. |

Now I don't know about you, but, to me, it seems that whatever we thought this country was, seems to have vanished.
I get a bit frustrated and tired listening to the liberal talking points, also known as lies over and over. What amazes me even more is how many really buy into that garbage without ever questioning it. I guess I shouldn't considering that's how we got a new occupant in the White House.
I've been writing for some time about how the green's assault on energy, development and business costs us a whole lot of money, but, now we have the very pillar behind the green movement on steroids.
Here's a short list of annoyances that I just never thought I'd see in my lifetime. As tyranny seems to be coming into vogue, I can't believe I'm the only one that sees this.

Howdy all! Just checkin in. I've been quite busy contributing to the economic growth and puttin one foot in front of the other to combat the recession. Looks like healthcare has taken over the forefront of most news organizations (or should I say propaganda machines). I've also been a helpin up and comin young uns to be able to contribute to society instead of sittin and waitin for government to give them a handout.
The assault on energy continues, behind the scenes. While the cap and trade bill is sittin on the back burner, your local and state governments are a hoppin all over the green thing. Take a look during the course of any given day and see the "go green" slogans. It's really sad.
Short and sweet, green ain't cool, it ain't smart and it ain't right. Taking care of God's great earth, sure, but the greens are not about that, they want to control every aspect of life...and bottom line, they don't believe in God, they think they are God.
As I've been sayin, get the CO2 lie out of the equation, (that .00015% of the atmosphere causing a 6% temperature increase), remove the power from the greens via ESA, EPA, BLM, Dept. of Energy and so on, and we don't have an energy problem. We have the energy, we need to get to it, un-encumbered by feel gooder greens who work to stop it anyway and everyway they can.
The trick is to watch the back door right now. With all of the public pressure, TEA Parties etc, politicians are kicking into stealth mode. Waxman Markey will show up, worked into other legislation, under cover. It is more important than ever to watch these carbon clowns, and continue to make noise, write letters, send emails make phone calls and keep these 'lected officials in check.
Or, you'll be answering your door and finding those "smart energy" folks with their government badge ready to tell you how you'll live.

I gotta say, it is so good to see the People (US aka "those people", "Nazi's" "Birthers" "the mob" as we're called by those in power) stand up and hold their elected officials accountable. If there's one good thing about the Healthcare baloney, it's that the People are making their voice heard. ( and democrats really having a hard time with their "royalty" being questioned)
We'll need to keep it up, there's tons of issues that need "operation undo." Whether they are trying to peddle the miraculous benefits of ridiculous spending or the ridiculous environmental rules and regs that chokes our economy, kills energy production and jobs or hands over freedom to elected officials, un-elected officials (EPA, BLM, etc) and green friendly judges, they need to hear from US.

Open letter to Congress
If you have indeed read HR 2454 and you still believe that you should vote yes and support what in essence is an entirely new form of government, then you are not what the American people deserve in leadership.
Leadership would question the suspect claims of science and demand proof in the peoples behalf.
Leadership would fight to preserve freedom and liberty and not usher in regulations that burden industry and require reduction in the citizens freedom, nor criminalize activities that are normal daily living in our times.
